Year 8 Japanese Recital Competition (JLTASA)

A competition in which entrants memorise an authentic, pre-selected Japanese text and recite it without notes.
All entrants will receive a participation certificate and prize! Certificates awarded for the Top Ten, with individual First, Second and Third places awarded. First place will be awarded the Perpetual School Trophy. Welcoming a separate category for country schools!
Send us your entries by video file to compete against students in other country schools. We will send prizes to all country entrants! All Year 8 students of Japanese as a second language welcome. Come and have a go!
When: Wednesday 27 March 2019, 6:45pm for a 7pm start, (approximate finishing time 8:30pm). Registration closes Monday 19 March 2019.

Who: Any Year 8 students of Japanese as a second language. Maximum of 5 entrants per school
You must be a member of JLTASA to enter.
